My name is John Quirk

Before I was teaching nervous system resilience and sustainable performance, I spent years as a TV producer in New York City.

Like many high performers, I believed stress was the price of success. Long hours. Tight deadlines. Constant pressure. From the outside, I was living the dream. Inside, I was running on empty. Eventually, my body forced me to stop.
